About Me

To tell you a little bit about myself, my name is Chris Blackwood. I was born on May 31, 1962 in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. I’m a fanatic for Star Trek, Star Wars, Battlestar Galactica, and Dr. Who. I enjoy anything science fiction and action adventure. I’m currently retired due to health concerns, so I have a great deal of time on my hands.

I consider myself a fairly talented amateur web designer and digital photographer. To pass the time I enjoy reading books, listening to audio books, and listening to classical, jazz, blues, and oldies rock-n-roll music. I enjoy watching movies from my collection. I also really enjoy spending as much time as I can every day playing with my cats.

In the past I’ve earned my living as a Taxi driver, a limosine driver, a process server, a bailbond agent, and a gopher for a Chevrolet and Cadillac car dealership. I spent two days short of two years working on an assembly line repairing and refurbishing cellular phones for one of the big nationwide cellular service providers. After that, I spent another two days short of two years doing political polling and fundraising for the Demoratic party. (No, I didn’t spell it wrong.)

I’m a bit of a political junkie. I’m a Libertarian conservative and a hardcore political atheist. While I follow politics very closely, I don’t believe a word the government tells me. I fully understand that presidents are selected by the global elite before they are elected, and that elections are nothing more than window dressing for the uninformed voters who are still under the false impression that their vote actually means something. It’s the Presidential Reality Show.
